- Repeat orders are not accepted so if ordering more than one sim you MUST order in the same transaction.
- We do not sell sims for trade or in bulk for any reason so please do not ask, you will not get a reply.
- All sims are issued for use in accordance with each networks published Terms and Conditions.
- Do not purchase if you do not intend to use the sim as it was intended by the network.

IMPORTANT WARRANTY INFORMATION FOR SIM CARDS – READ BEFORE PURCHASE
All sim cards have a network expiry date, which means that if not topped up or activated as described by the network they will at some point expire. Unfortunately, not all networks share the expiry date with us. Where it is known, we will remove any expired sim cards from sale and our stocks are renewed regularly.
Because of this, sim cards are exempt from the 12 month warranty and are guaranteed for 30 days. Therefore you MUST activate or top up the sim card WITHIN 30 DAYS OF THE DATE OF PURCHASE as we can not issue a refund if your sim card has expired several months down the line. After this period we are not able to refund or replace and claims for expired sim cards can not be accepted after 15 days.
