Description

Ingredients Water, Tomato (16%), Single Cream (13%) (𝐌𝐢𝐥𝐤), Yogurt (𝐌𝐢𝐥𝐤), Onion (10%), Tomato Paste (10%), Spice Cap Seasoning (3%) (Rice Flour, Paprika Powder, Cumin Powder, Sugar, Coriander Powder, Cardamom Powder, Cinnamon Powder, Anti-caking Agents: Calcium Phosphates, Silicon Dioxide; Fenugreek Powder, Clove Powder, Paprika Extract, Flavouring), Rapeseed Oil, Ginger Purée, Sugar, Garlic Purée, Modified Maize Starch, Salt, Coriander Leaf, Concentrated Lemon Juice, Paprika Powder, Acidity Regulator: Lactic Acid; Turmeric Powder, Chilli Powder, Cumin Powder, Colour: Paprika Extract, Vegetarian.

Allergy advice For allergens, see ingredients in bold. May also contain peanuts, nuts and mustard.

Directions for use Heat 15ml of oil in a saucepan over a medium heat. Add 340g of diced chosen meat or vegetables and stir fry for 4-5 minutes. Sprinkle the seasoning from the spice cap and stir fry for a further 1-2 minutes. Add the sauce and simmer gently, stirring occasionally. Ensure that the product is thoroughly cooked , no pink meat remains and the juice s run clear. Spices from cap must be thoroughly cooked. Serve with rice or noodles. Do not reheat.

Warnings Not suitable for microwave cooking.
Storage instructions Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Once opened, refrigerate and use within 3 days. Not suitable for freezing.
