| Directions for use | Heat 15ml of oil in a saucepan over a medium heat. Add 340g of diced chosen meat or vegetables and stir fry for 4-5 minutes. Sprinkle the seasoning from the spice cap and stir fry for a further 1-2 minutes. Add the sauce and simmer gently, stirring occasionally. Ensure that the product is thoroughly cooked , no pink meat remains and the juice s run clear. Spices from cap must be thoroughly cooked. Serve with rice or noodles. Do not reheat. |
