| Directions for use | Heat 15ml of oil in a saucepan over a medium heat. Add 340g of diced chosen meat or vegetables and stir fry for 4-5 minutes. Sprinkle the seasoning from the spice cap and stir fry for a further 1-2 minutes. Add the sauce and simmer gently, stirring occasionally. Ensure that the product is thoroughly cooked, no pink meat remains and the juices run clear. Spices from cap must be thoroughly cooked. Serve with rice or noodles. Do not reheat. |
